Leaking ac coil on new AC. Back from NJ it is mass, wood floor is twisted mold, fungus everywhere.... But quick and great service, we are back to normal.

Ac Repair and service on 2 hvac units. Both units in good condition and cooling properly. Garage unit has some growth. Recommend uv light to clean up growth. Install new uv light.
York 2019 Ac maintenance: Unit is operating within manufacture spec. I recommended uv and surge protection and cust declined for now.

HVAC THEY NEED TO HAVE SOME DUCT WORK REPAIR DONE. RETURN AIR IS COMING IN FROM GARAGE AREA NOT GOOD FOR HEALTH AT ALL.
